Star Kids Africa Winner 2025

Every Child, Deserves to Shine.

The Lady Nyamekye Legacy Foundation empowers children through entertainment, media platforms, and charitable programs, building a generation that knows its worth and walks boldly into its purpose.

Who We Are

The Lady Nyamekye Legacy Foundation is more than an organisation — it is a living testimony to what a child’s gifts can birth into the world. Built around the story of Lady Nyamekye, the 2025 winner of the Star Kids Africa Talented Kids Show, the foundation channels the power of that victory into lasting change for children across communities.

“Creativity, humility, and passion — these are not traits we teach children. They are gifts we help them discover.”

As a registered child-focused NGO, LNLF uses entertainment and media as tools for empowerment — because we believe a stage, a microphone, or a TV screen can transform the trajectory of a young life just as powerfully as a classroom.

What We Do

Each programme under the LNLF umbrella is designed to meet children where they are — in their schools, their communities, and on the screens they watch every day.

01.

Kids Impact Tour

A nationwide tour that brings entertainment, inspiration, and charitable gifts directly to children in schools and communities. The tour creates safe, joyful spaces where kids see themselves reflected in excellence.

02.

TV Program: Kids Extraordinaire

A flagship television programme spotlighting the exceptional talents and stories of children. Broadcast across all social media networks and on a national Television giving young stars a national platform to inspire their peers.

03.

Music for Change Project

A music initiative that pairs talented children with professional collaborators to create songs addressing themes relevant to their lives — mental health, identity, community, and hope — while building real creative careers.

04.

Annual Charity Month

Every year, LNLF dedicates a full month to charitable action — school donations, feeding programmes, medical outreach, and talent discovery events — rooted in the belief that giving back is not optional, it is foundational.

Three pillars, One purpose!

Entertainment for Empowerment

We use the performing arts — music, dance, drama, spoken word — as deliberate tools for building confidence, self-expression, and resilience in children. A child who learns to perform learns to present themselves to the world on their own terms.

Media Influence & TV Programming

Representation matters. When children see versions of themselves on television — talented, confident, and celebrated — it reshapes what they believe is possible. LNLF produces and supports programming that tells African children their stories deserve to be told.

Charitable Projects

Beyond the spotlight, LNLF is committed to meeting practical needs. From school supplies and feeding initiatives to medical support and welfare programmes — we show up where children need us most, because no talent can thrive on an empty stomach or a broken spirit.
